Return Policy

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY, AND ARE SUBJECT TO FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. The return request must be made from our website. The link is provided in the footer in the customer service section.
  2. You can return a product/s in case of any defect found in the product. Refund will be issued based on return eligibility.
  3. We cannot do replacements, but if you see the same item or similar item that you like then you can place another order.
  4. Refund will be issued for the entire product/s or product sets and not on part/s of the product.
  5. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. All returns must be approved by Lvibes Store. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@lvibes.com and let us know w1hich item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.
  7. Refunds are only offered for the product/s sold by LVIBES.COM ONLY.

 

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  3. Any product without a valid, readable, tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  4. Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
